IELTS Writing Task 2 Topics

Some individuals argue that local specialists who use internal resources for training should be required to work in their country, while others believe there should be freedom in choosing a workplace. Although freedom should be applied in every aspect of laws, I am completely against this idea because the government allocates its budget towards training the young workforce. These days, liberty is considered a natural human right worldwide. In addition, being free to make personal decisions is a significant factor in measuring the level of democracy in a country. As a result, policymakers must give residents the proper space to choose their workplace and the region they want to be employed in. In other words, a study at MIT University has shown that good students expect more facilities in society as they work hard all day, so they ask for the freedom to select their dream workplace. However, I believe that politicians must provide suitable conditions for trainees, which leads to retaining them as local professionals. Every government spends a significant proportion of its budget on the education system to avoid tragedies in the workplace. Policymakers attempt to educate strong teams of experts who lead big companies. These teams help to manufacture internal products and contribute to the growth of current economies. Additionally, human resources are a major factor in the good performance of every startup, and it is anticipated they will stay in their training place to serve their country and fellow citizens. For example, in Iran, the rate of elite emigration has increased in recent years, which means that businesses will face many challenges in the future due to a lack of workforce. From my point of view, governments should be more cautious about the decisions they make. Educating learners might require significant expense and uses a high amount of financial capital, so there should be stricter regulations regarding emigration to other countries. To conclude, while some residents assume that liberal laws are fairer to allow work in any place they wish, others disagree as long as training the workforce takes time, energy, and money. I firmly agree with setting stricter legislation to ensure that educational investments bring real value.
