These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of Balang's website, located at https://www.balangapp.ir.

  • "Service" refers to the online language learning platform, including IELTS mock writing tests, feedback, and practice for other language skills.

2. Access and Browser Storage Practice is available without an account or subscription. Legacy accounts and server-stored history are unavailable. Attempts, essays, timing, and generated results are saved in this browser, with the latest 50 attempts retained. Storage is specific to the device and origin, is not shareable or synchronized, does not transfer automatically from .com, and is lost when site storage is cleared. localhost and 127.0.0.1 have separate histories. Browser storage can fail or become full; keep your own copies of important work.

3. Processing and Donations Writing prompts, essays, trusted Task 1 diagrams, and relevant correction context are sent to OpenAI to provide scores and feedback. Automated feedback can be inaccurate. Optional donations support running costs and do not purchase an account, subscription, or a higher service tier. Balang displays donation details but does not operate a payment gateway.

5. Use of the Service By using Balang, you agree that:

  • You will not misuse or attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality.
  • You will not use automated tools to extract data from the site.
  • You will not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.
  • You retain ownership of content you submit (such as essays), and authorize its processing to provide the requested feedback.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to Balang’s website, content, and services remain with the Company. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify our content without permission.

User-submitted essays and other content remain the property of their respective authors, but by submitting content to Balang, you authorize us to send it to OpenAI for the requested analysis and feedback.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Balang if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services. We may also discontinue our service at any time, with prior notice to users where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Balang is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in feedback generated by our automated systems.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Privacy Your use of Balang is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, store, and process your personal information.
